Shekhar Gupta has been in journalism for almost 40 years. He currently hosts the long-running show Walk the Talk on NDTV, and its newer Hindi version Chalte Chalte on NDTV India. He is a contributing editor with the India Today Group. He writes the highly popular weekly column National Interest and occasional Writings on the Wall. A collection of his columns, Anticipating India, was published in March 2014 and is still a bestseller. Till June 2014, Shekhar was editor-in-chief of The Indian Express in a tenure of 18-plus years.
